What is the acoustic insulation rating of your double glazed partitions?
Our double glazed partition systems are engineered for 35–45 dB acoustic insulation, suitable for meeting rooms, executive offices, and training facilities where speech privacy is required.

Do your fire-rated partitions carry specific fire-resistance certifications (e.g., CE, ASTM E119, GB)?
We offer all-steel fire-rated partition systems as part of our product range. Specific fire-resistance ratings, test standards, and certification copies should be confirmed and provided by the factory before project quotation.

Single glazed: 8mm / 10mm / 12mm tempered glass (12mm ultra-clear recommended for panoramic series)

What frame materials and profile depths do you use?
Frames use 6063-T5 aluminum alloy exteriors with galvanized steel inner keels. Standard profile depths include 26mm (ultra-slim), 84mm, 90mm, and 108mm.

What are the ceiling and floor load-bearing and flatness requirements for installation?
This should be confirmed on a per-project basis. We recommend providing site photos and ceiling/floor structural details during the design consultation phase so our engineers can assess compatibility.

Do your partitions require on-site frame construction?
Our 84 Series Quick-Install Single Glazed and standard double glazed systems are factory-prefabricated—components arrive pre-cut and pre-drilled for fast, clean on-site assembly without traditional wet construction.

What ceiling height range can your systems accommodate?
The 90 Series steel-aluminum double glazed partition accommodates ceiling heights from 2m to 3.8m without additional structural reinforcement. Other series should be verified against project drawings.

Are built-in blinds manually or electrically operated?
Current built-in blind systems use a manual twist-knob control. Motorized options should be discussed during the technical selection phase if required.
